Adrian founded Pcubed in his mid 20’s and served as CEO for 18 years expanding the business to 17 offices spread across 10 countries. During this time Adrian had the privilege of working with 7 out of the top ten fortune 100 companies leading significant global transformation & technology projects. He successfully sold Pcubed to Alten SA a CAC40 firm on Euronext in 2013. After the sale Adrian consulted with leading Venture Capital (VC) firms in San Francisco and Seattle supporting due diligence and PE acquisitions. He is an active Angel investor through the Alliance of Angels in Seattle and, a partner at Divergent Ventures, an early stage VC firm. Adrian is also the co-founder and board member of Major League Rugby (MLR), the professional rugby union for the United States and Canada. He is also founder and owner of the two times champions Seattle Seawolves. He owns and operates two organic sheep farms in Ireland and in PA.
Served as Lincoln’s Director of Product Development, leading the transformation of the brand to re-establish itself as a premier luxury automobile brand. He has been integral in the brands experiential and technology achievements. His broad automotive experience spans the USA, Asia and Europe in all elements of Product Development and Strategy. Previously he served as VP quality for Ford of Europe and sat on Ford’s European Operating Committee. Over his career he has also led the Powertrain Engineering function and the development of Ford Mustang, Edge, Flex, Explorer & multiple special projects.
Graham started his career at what is now KPMG and graduated in Law and Finance. He has many years of CFO experience, and recently completed 15 years at Pcubed, finishing as CFO of global operations. Prior to this he spent 15 years working on transformation projects in the UK for various multinational organizations in both operations and finance. His principal strength is in cash flow management. Outside work he is involved in rugby coaching and long distance swimming.
Mike has 17 years’ experience as a program director leading innovation teams, business change, and global technology programs in diverse and increasingly responsible positions. A results-driven partner to PhD’s and the C suite alike with a proven record of transformation program delivery. Programs led have driven business benefits from $259 million to over 1 billion, throughput enhancements on teams of up to 300% and reductions in TTM of 33 – 50%.
Jeff is an entrepreneur who holds a Project Management Professional certification with more than 20 years of experience working on complex hybrid, battery electric, electrical and electronic systems engineering projects in the automotive industry. He served as CEO of Craig Allen which had 27% growth year over year during his tenure. Jeff is known to drive ROI decision making and streamline effectiveness into every organization he works with. In his prior position, Jeff worked with his team to increase profitability by 30% over 3 years. He has also served as COO, Vice-President, and President of several organizations and associations.
Prior to joining Envorso, Dennis Robinson served as Chief of Staff and Acting Secretary of State to Lt. Governor Guadagno. As a senior member of the Christie-Guadagno Administration, he was responsible for the management of both the Office of the Lt. Governor and the New Jersey Department of State.
Prior to his appointment, Dennis also served as COO of the Formula 1 Grand Prix of America. Robinson also served as CEO, COO & CFO of the NJ Sports & Exposition Authority, which was responsible for the Meadowlands Sports Complex, (Giants Stadium, Meadowlands Racetrack and IZOD Center), Monmouth Park Racetrack, Atlantic City Convention Center, AC Boardwalk Hall, and Wildwood Convention Center. Dennis also served as SVP of the NBA where he was responsible for all business operations including; Finance, HR, Administration, IT, Security and Player Development. Dennis also served as Assistant Commissioner of the Southwest Athletic Conference.
Mr. Robinson is a graduate of Wesleyan University. He received a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Harvard.
Brian is a business transformation and IT-enabled change specialist with 30 years’ experience. Prior to
joining Envorso, Brian was a Program Director with PwC, successfully leading strategic and complex
business change programs for clients in the UK, EMEA and globally, delivering significant business
outcomes and value. His program leadership was recognised with a national government program
award. He also led PwC’s Microsoft licensing audit practice across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Brian has worked with many global and top tier organisations across multiple sectors including financial
services, automotive, retail, technology, government and entertainment & media. Prior to his 10-year
tenure with PwC, Brian held technical and managerial roles with global technology and system
Brian holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MBA.
Erica is an innovative and results-driven program management professional with extensive experience and a focus on business transformation. Erica has over 16 years of automotive IT project management and process development experience. Erica was previously an Account Director, at Pcubed leading the Ford Motor Company North American team. She led and defined operational requirements while implementing processes and systems to support project requirements including; strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk management as well as overseeing complicated large-scale technical projects. Currently Erica is working on the Autonomous Vehicle Program at Ford Motor Company where she oversees projects in the Mobility Business Office.
Erica holds a bachelors of Business Administration degree and a Masters of Science degree from the University of Michigan.
